HEALTH TOURISM
For our guests from abroad we manage consultancy, travel, accommodation and treatment planning from a single centre. The aim is that someone planning treatment in another country does not have to follow the process piece by piece: from the first consultation to the check-ups after they return, there is one point of contact.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Planning everything around the treatment is the most time-consuming part of the process. That is the part we take on.
A remote assessment before you travel, an explanation of the process and the schedule, and answers to your questions in your own language.
An airport welcome, transfers within the city and accommodation planned to match the length of your stay.
Appointments, tests and check-ups sequenced so that they fit within your stay.
THE PROCESS
The sequence below describes the general framework. The length of your stay and the programme are set individually, according to the planned procedure.
An initial assessment is made from photographs and any medical documents you have; the scope of the process, the length of stay and the schedule are discussed. The firm decision is taken after a face-to-face examination.
You are met at the airport and taken to your accommodation. The programme is reviewed that same day.
The examination, any necessary tests and the anaesthetic assessment. This is where it becomes clear whether the plan matches what was discussed remotely.
The procedure and the first check-ups afterwards. The length of your stay is planned around completing that first check-up.
Contact continues after you return home; the check-up intervals and the points to watch are shared with you.
The length of your stay depends on the planned procedure and on how recovery progresses. We recommend confirming it with us before you make your travel arrangements.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The questions we hear most often from our guests from abroad.
Yes. An initial assessment can be made remotely from photographs and any medical documents you have; the scope of the process and the schedule are discussed at that meeting. The firm decision, however, is taken after a face-to-face examination — definite promises made from a distance are not reliable.
The length of your stay depends on the planned procedure and on when the first check-ups will be complete. We recommend confirming it with us before you book your outbound and return tickets.
Yes. The airport welcome, transfers within the city and accommodation planned to match your stay are all part of the arrangement. Options are offered in line with your preferences.
You have a single point of contact throughout, and communication runs through that person. Which languages we can support is confirmed at the first consultation.
Contact continues after you return. The check-up intervals, the points to watch and the situations in which you should see a doctor are given to you in writing, and a line stays open for your questions.
You can reach our team to request an initial assessment or with questions about the process and the planning.
